About TPCO

Tower Planning Company Limited (TPCO) was formed for the basic purpose of providing Operation and Maintenance services to Middle East’s predominant Oil & Gas industry. It has been established in 2002 at Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by its founder Mr. Mohammed Jassim Al-Hanfoosh.

Our various business interests include Industrial Support Services, Recruitment & Consultation, Operation & Maintenance, Construction, Trading, Instrumentation Process & Control, IT Solutions and Travel & Tourism. TPCO has worked with large scale plants in the areas such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Refineries, Chemicals, Power, Fertilizer, Steel, Desalination, Food & Beverage Facilities, Production Units, Hospitality Sector etc., for the topmost organizations in Middle East.

For over two decades we have been bringing the best and qualified employees with innovative techniques to support the Production & Operations Industries.

TPCO has well fleet of equipments and existing facilities; in additions it has full support & opportunities to utilize complete source, as well as facilities of its sister company, who itself has performed several Government and other local private companies contracts directly and indirectly, and have completed all works in a timely manners with high quality standards. 

The Company has sounded financial back ground with well maintained fleet of vehicles, tools equipment to support construction tasks in our entire specification field. Our management and quality personal are seasoned disciplinarians with the ability to mix talents of skilled workers to perform a construction team to meet or beat aggressive schedules.

SAUDI ARABIA has adopted a strategic plan to develop the Kingdom economically, industrially and socially, using the country’s natural resources based predominantly on Oil. On implementing this strategic plan, the Kingdom concentrated on the most important sector of developments–to establish the sound and highly functional infrastructure facilities, which are considered the best in the world.

The Kingdom’s educational institutions are of a very high standard and are providing the country with a highly educated people in many fields of technology, trade and commerce. To harness the capital resources available from the using of natural resources and to utilize the pool of well-educated Saudis, the country has embarked on its next stage of development by focusing on industrial development and support ventures.

To participate in Kingdom’s social and economic developments, Tower Planning Co. Ltd was established with 100% Saudi Ownership under the CR # 2050040364.

TPCO has a complete professional management, with highly qualified, experienced and motivated staff to cope with the fast developments of this country’s industrial and commercial sector. TPCO is also engaged in Operation and Maintenance, supply of heavy equipments, Transportation.

Management

Management has been defined as getting things done through people. Effectiveness therefore will be measured by the quality of work produced. TPCO quite aware of this factor and takes utmost care in selecting people to steer us. TPCO has always been proud of its enthusiastic and innovative management.


Following are the management functions:

  • Select, screen and recruit appropriate personnel for specified jobs.
  • Provide training for supervisors and staff to cope up with the changing of time.

  • Provide technical support hygiene, health care safety and other project related matters of personnel.
